AllMySongs Database is a program that helps to scan and catalog Audio CDs and music files, making them a lot easier to manage. It supports .mp3, .wma, .ogg, and .waw and .flac file formats.
After scanning and making a list of all music on your computer, you will be able to quickly find and play any song, searching by author, gene, album, and so on. Audio CD info is also recognized and displayed.
The import of tags for .mp3, .wma, and .ogg files is possible. They can be also manually edited, allowing you to add all the necessary info to the files. Duplicated songs can be tracked as well, making your music collection take up minimum disk space. Artist photos, album art, and lyrics, all can be downloaded automatically and associated with audio files. There is also an option to search Amazon.com for a selected track or album.
All these features are great for a free application, but do not justify the 29.90$ price tag on this application. iTunes for example, does all these and many more for free, and is just one of the many free audio databases out there. |
